Terms of use and sale

1. Who you are dealing with

The site at shop-seller.cfd is operated by Shop Seller, organized in Georgia, United States. Mailing address: 6893 Church St, Apt 119, City Center, New York, GA 31568, United States. Orders and notices: orders@shop-seller.cfd. Phone: +1-870-594-4099.

Shop Seller is an independent broker. We are not Ledger SAS, not part of Ledger, and not an affiliate, partner, or authorized reseller. Product names on this site identify the goods. They do not mean the manufacturer runs this shop or endorses it.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. A purchase contract is separate: it is formed only when you accept a written quote from us by email. Browsing the site, or sending an inquiry, is not a purchase.

3. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that order. If a change is material for an order already accepted, we will say so in the email thread for that order.

4. What this website is

The pages describe models we can quote and how to reach us. They are not a checkout. There is no cart, no payment form, and no account. Reference prices are described in section 6. They are not an offer to sell at that figure.

5. Broker sales

You request a quote by email. We reply with whether we can supply the model, the quantity, and a total price. You may accept, decline, or ask for a change. The contract is the accepted quote plus these terms, the shipping page, and the returns page. If a quote says something different about price, shipping, or timing, the quote controls for that order.

We buy and resell devices based on quotes we confirm. We do not take payment for an item we have told you we cannot supply.

6. Pricing

Dollar amounts on the home page are reference device prices checked on 23 October 2026 against public manufacturer listings. They leave out shipping, handling, sales tax, duty, and any other charge. They can go out of date.

The price you pay is the total written in the quote you accept. That quote will list the device amount, shipping, and any handling. If sales tax applies, the quote will state it. After you accept, we will not add a fee that was not in that quote. If we made an obvious pricing error and you have not yet paid, we may withdraw the quote and send a corrected one. We will not collect the mistaken amount.

Import duty and similar charges billed by customs or the carrier are your responsibility unless the quote says we will pay them. See Shipping.

7. Payment

This website does not collect card numbers, bank details, or cryptocurrency addresses. After you accept a quote, we send payment instructions in that email thread. Pay only according to those instructions, and only the amount in the accepted quote. A sale is not paid until we confirm we received the funds.

8. Products

We intend to supply genuine, new, manufacturer-branded hardware wallets matching the model in the quote. We do not sell replicas, knock-offs, or devices we describe as pre-configured.

You set the device up yourself. You create any recovery phrase on the device. You must not send us a recovery phrase, PIN, or photo of seed words. We will never ask for them. If someone does, they are not acting for Shop Seller.

The manufacturer's warranty may require a purchase from Ledger or an authorized seller. Shop Seller is neither. Manufacturer warranty coverage may be limited or unavailable. Our own return rules are on the returns page. Specifications on the site are summaries of public manufacturer listings as of 23 October 2026. The manufacturer's page controls if a listing has changed, and the quote controls what we agree to ship.

9. Shipping

Delivery terms are on the shipping page. Dates we give are estimates after payment is confirmed. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless a quote states a date we have agreed to meet.

10. Returns

Return and refund rules are on the returns page and are part of these terms.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to send malware, or to misrepresent that you are Shop Seller or Ledger. Do not try to collect other people's payment details through our name.

12. Disclaimer of other relationships

Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. A hardware wallet is a physical product. We do not advise you to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by United States law, Shop Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost cryptocurrency, whether or not we knew they were possible. Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states, the limitation applies only as far as the law allows. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for injury caused by a defective product where the law does not allow that exclusion.

14. Disputes

Email orders@shop-seller.cfd and describe the order before you start a formal claim. We will try to resolve it in the same thread.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state are the venue, except where the law gives you the right to sue in your home state. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights that cannot be waived by this sentence.

15. Entire agreement

For a given order, the accepted quote, these terms, the shipping page, and the returns page are the whole agreement. They replace earlier emails about that order except where the quote expressly keeps an earlier point.
